This is a randomised controlled trial comparing the quality of sensory and motor block in terms of onset, time, total duration and maximum level attainment followed by assessing the hemodynamic stability between intrathecal isobaric levobupivacaine versus hyperbaric levobupivacaine in lower abdominal surgeries

入选标准
- •ASA Grade I, II, III
- •Mallampatti Grading 1, 2
- •Patient giving valid informed consent
- •Lower abdominal surgeries.
排除标准
- •ASA Grade IV
- •Mallampatti Grading 3, 4
- •Patient refusal
- •Patient with local infection at puncture site
- •Patient with ischaemic and rheumatic heart disease
- •Patient with coagulation defects and on anticoagulants
- •Patient allergic to local anaesthetic drugs.
