After 12 weeks of training in each environment, the IHT efficiency of obese elderly women was reviewed by observing changes in daily physical strength and risk factors for obesity and metabolic syndrome. As a result, there were better body composition, better body strength, better blood pressure and angioplasticity, and more effective blood - related blood-vascular diseases in IHT groups that were training in low - oxygen environments. I am confident that these results will be used in the future as follows: 1. It is believed that it will provide efficient flat pressure and hypoxic training protocols to improve the health of elderly people with a BMI and a body fat rate of 30 percent or more. 2. It is believed that IHT physiological basis can be revealed for the resolution of obesity and health improvement of elderly obesity. 3.
