- •30~80 year-old patients scheduled for transrectal ultrasono guided prostate biopsy who have no systemic disese or mild systemic disease.
排除标准
- •patients who received monamine oxidase inhibitors or antidepressant drugs or opioids chronically, who have active anal diseases, arrythmia, chronic obsrtuctive lung diseases.
