- •Ischemic stroke according to WHO criteria
- •- Successful thrombectomy
- •- Good functional outcome (mRS = 2)
- •- Informed consent signed by patients themselves
- •- German language proficiency
排除标准
- •- Alcohol dependence
- •- Patients unable to give consent, e.g., global aphasia
- •- Inclusion in another clinical study
- •- Prior neurological disease (multiple sclerosis, dementia, Parkinson's disease)
- •- Prior psychiatric illness (psychiatric illness diagnosed and treated before stroke: depression, anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychotic and bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder)
- •- Existing drug treatment with antidepressants and/or neuroleptics
