- •Allergy to local anesthetics
- •Non-Persian speaking patients
- •Sacral infection
- •Coagulation disorders
- •History of seizures
- •Weight more than 20 kg
- •Patients who are being treated with a variety of painkillers and psychiatric medications for any reason
