- •Twin pregnancies
- •Pregnancy age 16-18 weeks
- •The cervical length less than 25 mm
排除标准
- •Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome
- •monoamniotic twins
- •Rupture of the membranes
- •The presence of a major or chromosomal abnormality in at least one fetus
- •Women who have cervical cerclage in their current pregnancy
- •Placenta Previa
- •Progesterone treatment before inclusion
- •Progesterone sensitivity
- •Severe liver defect
- •Otosclerosis
- •Major depression
- •Taking drugs that interfere with the effect of progesterone
