入选标准
- •1. Age 50 years or older (Friedly et al 2012)
- •2. Pain in the low back, buttock and or lower extremity with standing, walking and/spinal extension (leg pain more than back pain) (Friedly et al 2012)
- •3. Patients having neurogenic claudication from central canal stenosis (Friedly et al 2012)
- •4. Both newly diagnosed case of LSS as well as those who have failed a course of conservative management of any duration
- •5. Pain in Numerical pain rating scale more than 4 (Friedly et al 2012)
- •6. Radiological finding of lumbar spine show narrowing of spinal canal diameter which are grade A and B (Constantin et al 2010)
- •7. May be able to read English/ hindi and complete the assessment instrument
