- •All patients, who age 18-65 year old, admit in Gynecological department, Chonburi Hospital for elective major gynecological surgery

- •1. History of abnormal bowel movement or gut obstruction
- •2. Previous bowel surgery
- •3. Pre-operative bowel preparation
- •4. Unable to walking without assisted device
- •5. Abnormal laboratory investigation
- •6. Cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, orthopedic disease
