- •Delivery by LSCS
- •Any presentation

- •Twin pregnancy
- •Intrauterine death
- •Preeclampsia (PIH)
- •Women with medical illness
- •Rh incompabalitiy
- •Any type of vaginal bleeding like placenta Previn, abruption placenta etc
- •Abnormal placentation
- •Hypersensitivity to carbetocin or oxytocin or misoprostol
