入选标准
- •1.Patients with acute poison ingestion, admitted in EMOPD, PGIMER, Chandigarh within 6 hours of poison consumption.
- •2.Patients without any contraindication for Ryleâ??s tube insertion (Contraindications include deviated nasal septum, cancer of oral cavity or throat, nasal polyps, nasal injury, nasal surgery etc.)
- •3.Patients /attendants willing to give consent.
- •4.Patients above 18 years of age.
- •5.In case of comatose patients gastric lavage will be done only after airway protection.
排除标准
- •1.Patients referred for further treatment after initial lavage from outside the PGIMER, Chandigarh.
- •2.Patients with Corrosive and hydrocarbons poisoning/ Volatile substance.
