入选标准
- •Patients with
- •- Chronic pruritus patients with prurigo nodularis (with and without atopic predisposition), atopic dermatitis, (L28.1, L 20.8/L20.9) over the age of 18 years
- •- Skin type I – IV (Fitzpatrick classification)
- •- Caucasians
- •- Pruritus at lower arm
- •- Itch intensity =3, average itch, NRS 24 hours
- •- Presence of lichenified and non-lichenified lesional areas at the arm
排除标准
- •Lack of understanding of the language
- •Breastfeeding / pregnant women
- •Disease that prevents participation in an examination
- •Neurological disease such as MS, epilepsy, Parkinson's, Z.n. Stroke, chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia
- •Allergy to substances used, local anesthetics
- •Injuries, infections and / or tattoos in the examination area
- •Drug or alcohol addiction
- •Long-term use of opioid analgesics
- •Tendency to excessive scarring
