入选标准
- •Age 18 years or older
- •CKD stage1 to 5 patients referred to the outpatient department of nephrology at Osaka University Hospital
- •History of hypertension (the systolic blood pressure is >=140 mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure is >=90 mmHg) and/or prescription of antihypertensive drugs
- •Urinary sodium excretion >=100 mmol/day
- •Written informed consent

- •Use of other healthcare applications
- •Inability to use the application (by the patient or family members)
