入选标准
- •1. physician-diagnosed of moderate-severe persistent allergic rhinitis for at least 1 year duration
- •with TNSS (Total nasal symptoms score) equal or greater than 6
- •2. Recent skin prick test result within 1 year which shown positive for at least 1 aeroallergen
排除标准
- •1. Patients who were pregnant or in lactating period
- •2. Recent use of oral or topical decongestant within 7 days, intranasal steroid within 4 weeks, systemic corticosteroid within 8 weeks, H1-antihistamine or anti-leukotriene within 2 weeks and
- •systemic corticosteroid within 8 weeks
- •3. Concurrent diseases such as asthma, urticaria and atopic dermatitis
- •4. Patients who were currently or previously treated with immunotherapy
- •5. Patients who were diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection within the previous 14 days
- •6. Patients with rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps or significant deviated nasal septum.
- •7. Patients with a history of asthma, chronic lung diseases, cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases
