入选标准
- •Free from systemic diseases.
- •Subjects whose gingival scores are moderate and plaque scores are fair.
- •Subjects having DMFT scores 3 and above.
- •Should not have used mouthrinses during the study period.
- •Subjects whose parents give informed consent.
排除标准
- •Suffering from diseases which might affect the salivary flow.
- •History of hypersensitivity to iodine.
- •History of antibiotic therapy for at least 6 weeks prior to saliva collection at baseline and 12 months.
- •Subjects with developmental defects of teeth.
- •Subjects who are physically challenged.
