入选标准
- •1) Patients aged 18-65 years
- •2) Patients undergoing general anesthesia during elective surgery
- •3) Patients corresponding to the American Society of Anesthesiology physical status Classification 1-2
排除标准
- •1) Emergency surgery patients
- •2) Patients with a body mass index of 30kg/m2 or more or 20Kg/m2 or less
- •3) Patients with a history of sleep disorders
- •4) Patients with a history of treatment with psychiatry disease
- •5) Pregnant patients
- •6) Patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases
- •7) Patients who have difficulty in voluntary consent
- •8) Patients being treated for uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure
- •10) Patients with liver and kidney disease (creatinine clearance less than 60ml/min)
