入选标准
- •1.Patients with type 2 Diabetes mellitus with HbA1C greater than 6.5
- •2.Presence of at least 20 teeth
- •3.Probing pocket depth greater than 4mm
- •4.Clinical attachment loss greater than 2mm
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •2.Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment in the last 3 months.
- •3.Smokers & Alcoholics.
- •4.Patients with any oromucosal abnormality and infection
- •5.Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment
- •6.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, COPD, renal or liver disease, malignancy or bleeding diathesis
