入选标准
- •1.Patients with head and neck cancer stage III,
- •IVa, IVb receiving chemoradiation
- •therapy (radical).
- •2.Patients of either gender.
- •3.Patients above 18 years of age.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with head and neck cancer who have previously undergone a surgical
- •2.Patients with severe trismus.
- •3.Patients with any artificial airways.
- •4.Patients unable to perform the procedure.
- •5.Any previous diaphragmatic dysfunction or neuromuscular disease which could cause
- •an impact over the evaluation.
