入选标准
- •Patients having sleep disturbance for atleast 1 month will be taken for this trial
- •Age group 17-70year
- •Patients irrespective of sex, socio-economic status, education and religion were considered
- •Patients with Athens insomnia scale is more than 6 were selected
- •Provided informed consent
排除标准
- •Patients with major psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, epilepsy etc were not registered
- •Age group below 17 and above 70 years
- •Patients having chronic illness like asthma, malignancies
- •breathing related sleep disorders
- •Patients under drug abuse or other medication which are known to cause drowsiness
- •Participation in another clinical trial
- •Unwilling persons
