入选标准
- •Patients will be selected according to Simons Criteria
- •History of recurrent or chronic regional musculoskeletal pain in Cranio-facial caused by trigger points
- •Pharmacologic washout of =72 hours for central analgesics NSAIDs and antidepressants
- •? Patients who have given Informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Any previously documented episode of allergy to local anaesthetic.
- •2. Patients on analgesics or anti-inflammatory medication who are not willing to discontinue.
- •3. Patients on physiotherapy /complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) for the same problem.
- •4. Bony changes if present Radiographically.
- •5. Pregnant women.
- •6. Systemically compromised patients.
- •7. Patient not willing to give informed consent.
