入选标准
- •1. Who agreed to participate in the study and written informed consent to participate in study.
- •2. Elderly 60 years of age and older.
- •3. Diagnosed with pain and pain intensity of 4 or higher as assessed
- •with numeric rating scale (NRS) and onset for 3 months or more.
- •5. No medication to treat pain during the study.
- •6. Not receive NSAIDs in the 48 hours before and not to use them during the study.
- •7. Not receive cannabis drug in the 1 week before and not to use them during the study.
- •8. Not receive topical drug in the 48 hours before and not to use them during the study.
- •9. No other treatment for pain relief in the 24 hours before and not to receive other treatment except as received by the investigator.
- •10. No underlying disease couse of chronic pain such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.
- •11. Not cannabis allergy, plai and coconut oil.
- •12. Not Diclofenac allergy or serious allergic reactions to NSAIDs.
- •13. No asthma disease.
- •14. No gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding.
- •15. No hepatic or renal insufficiency.
- •16. Not taking warfarin.

- •1. Allergy to the products provided by the researcher.
- •2. Unable to track information.
- •3. The patient does not want to continue useing the medicine.
