入选标准
- •If the craniovertebral angle angle <50, then a participant will participate in the study
- •Patients will be included if they were 18 years of age or over.
- •have unilateral or bilateral chronic neck pain more than 3 months duration.
- •will be able to attend a full course of 18 treatments given three times a week
排除标准
- •the presence of any of the following:
- •(i) systemic pathology including any inflammatory joint disease.
- •(ii) prior history of overt injury or surgery relating to the musculoskeletal system.
- •disorder related to the spine and extremities.
- •(iii) musculoskeletal pain in the last three months
