入选标准
- •1.Patients of either sex above 15 years of age
- •2.Two or more episodes of vertigo or dizziness, each lasting 20 minutes to 24 hours.
- •3.Fluctuating aural symptoms (hearing, tinnitus or fullness) in the affected ear.
排除标准
- •1.All other vesibular causes like Vestibular paroxysmia, Vestibular migraine, Transient ischemic attacks, Endolymphatic sac tumor, and Chronic subjective dizziness will be excluded based on the clinical features and MRI brain [if indicated].
- •2.Pregnant women.
- •3.Persons addicted to narcotic substances.
