入选标准
- •Age > 50 year
- •Medial compartmental OA knee
- •Range of motion: flexion > 90degree, Flexion contracture < 15 degree
- •Kellgran and Lawrence classification 2-3
- •Femorotibial ankle : varus < 10 degree
- •Could walk without gait aids
排除标准
- •Previous knee surgery
- •Previous steroid injection < 6 months
- •Systemic arthritis
- •Abnormal neurological function of lower limbs
- •Poor medical condition that unsuitable for hip exercise
