- •Subjective health of the back / subjects >18 years / freedom from symptoms during the active trunk mobility in bending forward / volunteers that the german language in speaking and writing are mighty / volunteers who can understand and execute the movement order and written consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Fingertip-to-floor distance > 25 cm / vertigo symptoms / painful mobility restrictions of the spinal column / operations, pathology in the location of the spinal column / physician visit because of back troubles in the last year / pains during the test
