- •American society of Anaesthesiologists grade I and II undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •Pre\-existing cardiorespiratory, kidney or neuromuscular disease.
- •Contraindication to PEEP initiation like increased intracranial pressure or hypotension.
- •Obesity (BMI \> 30kg/m2\).
- •Pregnant and breastfeeding females.
- •Previous chest or open abdominal surgery.
- •Refusal for consent.
