- •1\.Presence of postural deficiencies such as forward head posture.
- •2\. Increased cervical lordosis and thoracic kyphosis.
- •3\.Elevated and protracted shoulders, and rotation or abduction
- •4\.Winging of the scapulae.
- •5\.Altered craniovertebral angle
- •6\.Posturally stressed 4th thoracic vertebrae
排除标准
- •1\.Severe disorders of the cervical spine, such as disk prolapse, spinal stenosis.
- •2\.Postoperative conditions in the neck and shoulder areas.
- •3\.History of severe trauma, instability, spasmodic torticollis, Frequent migraine, peripheral nerve entrapment.
- •4\.Fibromyalgia.
