入选标准
- •a)Patients suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis (ICD-10 code: J32.9) since last 3
- •months or more.
- •b)Diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis based on AAO-HNS diagnostics criteria.
- •c)Age between 18-65 years
- •d)Patients of either sex
- •e)Literate patients; ability to read English, Hindi and/or Bengali
- •f)Providing written informed consent
排除标准
- •a)Underwent major ENT surgery within last 6 month.
- •b)Cases with complications of CRS.
- •c)Insisting on or need of surgical intervention
- •d) Vulnerable population - unconscious, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people
- •e) Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or
- •life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.
- •f) Pregnant and puerperal women, lactating mothers.
- •g) Substance abuse and/or dependence.
- •h) Self-reported immune-compromised state.
- •i) Already undergoing homeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 6 months.
