入选标准
- •1. The age 18 years old or more than 18 years old patients
- •2. Patients diagnosed by Clinical practice guideline revision 2010 American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons such as
- •1) pain at medial tubercle of calcaneus or
- •2) morning pain at first step or
- •3) pain when prolonging walking
- •3. No response conservative treatment for 3months
排除标准
- •1. Corticosteroid injection within 1 month
- •2. Radial ESWT or HILT within 3 months
- •3. Surgery at foot or ankle within 3 months
- •4. A metal implant at the application site
- •5.Anticoagulant use
- •6. Fracture at foot or ankle within 3 months
- •7. Inflammatory rheumatic disease
- •8. Permanent foot deformities
- •9. Malignancy at foot
- •10. Acute inflammation within or around plantar fascia
- •11. Local dermatological lesion at affected heel
- •12. Impaired Sensation from neurological disorder
