入选标准
- •Presence of a diagnosed obsessive-compulsive disorder (ICD-10: F42 or obsessive-compulsive disorder according to DSM-5 as the primary diagnosis. The diagnosis is made by means of a SKID interview according to DSM-5.
- •- Willingness and consent to participate in the study including randomization (informed consent); ability to give consent
- •- Sufficient knowledge of the German language
- •- Willingness and indication for long-term psychotherapeutic treatment of OCD (long-term psychotherapy, 60 sessions)
排除标准
- •- Hoarding disorder
- •- Psychotic disorders according to ICD-10 chapter F2, bipolar disorders (ICD-10 F31 or F34.0)
- •- There must be an indication for primary treatment of the obsessive-compulsive disorder. However, comorbid F-diagnoses do not constitute an exclusion criterion as long as the treatment of the comorbid disease is not a priority.
