- •Phase 2: Nursing staff of the respective qualification level 3 to 6 of the University Hospital Freiburg (UKF) and the University Heart Center Freiburg?Bad Krozingen (UHZ), at least 18 years old, willingness to participate in the study by written consent, German language ability
- •Phase 3.1: Experts from the fields of nursing pedagogy, direct nursing and nursing management with a master's degree within their field (nursing pedagogy, nursing professionalism, nursing management) as well as with experience in the field of research and teaching, willingness to participate in studies by written consent, German language ability
- •Phase 3.2: Caregivers of qualification levels 3 to 6 of all university hospitals in Germany, at least 18 years old, willingness to participate in the study by consent, German language ability
