- •1)= 18 year of both sex who suffered from upper abdominal pain (visceral pain with VAS =4)for a duration of more than 3 months.
- •2) Patients who were taking the maximum tolerable dose of opioids.
- •3) Splanchnic nerve accessible for bilateral neurolysis.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal,
- •2. Organ failure,
- •3. Coagulation disorders,
- •4. Local infection at the puncture site,
- •5. Sepsis,
- •6. Allergy to the contrast dye,
- •7. Pregnant women,
- •8. Psychiatric illness that affects cooperation
