•1.Metabolic disorders like Obesity, Dyslipidemia, etc. are considered, and if any three or more out of the following five criteria are present like:
•a)Waist circumference over 40 inches (men) or 35 inches (women),
•b)Blood pressure over 130/86 mmHg (includes up to 140/90 mm Hg),
•c)Fasting triglyceride (TG) level over 150 mg/dl (includes up to 200 mg/dl),
•d)Fasting high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol level less than 40 mg/dl (men) or 50 mg/dl (women) [includes not below than 30 mg/dl] and
•e)Fasting blood sugar up to 110 mg/dl.
•2.Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT) elevated more than 60 IU, ( < 50 for men and < 45 for women)
•3.BMI > 25kg/m2
•4.Classical symptoms of Yakrit Roga like Aruchi, Hrillaasa evam Chardii , Avipaka , Daurbalya evam Shrama , Udara shoola, Vibandha , Asya-vairasya , Anaha mentioned as per the classical Ayurvedic texts

•1.Pregnant women, children, old aged persons and Pre diagnosed cases of serious metabolic disorders like Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism.
•2.Pre diagnosed cases of Hyperbilirubinemia, Viral Hepatitis, Liver cirrhosis, and Hepatocellular carcinoma,
•3.Immuno-compromised condition and other systemic infection.
•4.SGPT > 100 IU
