入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Clinically diagnosed patients of frozen shoulder
- •2.Age more than or equal to 18 years
- •3.Either gender
- •4.Symptoms of frozen Shoulder that had lasted for at least 3 months.
- •5.Willing and able to provide informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy and lactation
- •2.Previous manipulation of the affected shoulder under anesthesia in the last year
- •3.H/O the used of local corticosteroid inj. to the affected shoulder within the last 4
- •weeks or current corticosteroid therapy
- •4.uncontrolled DM (RBS >200mg/dl)
- •5.Other form of arthritis involving the shoulder (Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic
- •arthritis, ankylosing arthritis)
- •6.Fracture or dislocation of the affected shoulder.
- •7.Previous shoulder surgery
- •8.Neurologic deficits affecting shoulder function
- •9 .Concomitant skin disease at the application site
- •10.History of allergy to lidocaine
- •11.Active non-controlled mental disorder
- •12.Multiple complete tears in ligament of rotator cuff
- •13.Any infection like COVID-19
