入选标准
- •Patients having signs and symptoms of Sthoulya
- •Patients of any age ,sex ,socioeconomic status
- •Fresh and treated cases
- •Patients with BMI between 25 kg/m2 to 39 kg/m2
排除标准
- •Patients age less than 18 and more than 40 years
- •Pathophysiology and genetic syndrome associated with Sthoulya
- •Complicated patients having target organ damage
- •Poorly controlled DM HTN
- •Acute complicated systemic disease or disease which require long term treatment
- •Heart failure
- •Intake of counter weight loss agents and centrally acting appetite supprassants
- •Prior surgical therapy for Obesity
- •Alcohol and drug abuse
- •Pregnent and Lactating women
