- •1. Frontal and occipital headache.
- •2. Neck pain not associated with fever.
- •3. Dizziness.
- •4. Nausea.
- •5. Spinal needle Quinckes number 26 gauge.
- •6. PDPH occur within 5 days after dural puncture.
- •7. ASA Physical status1 and 2 (American Society of Anesthesiologists)

- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Known case of neurological diseases.
- •3. History of head injury.
- •4. Migraine and Sinusitis.
- •5. Known case of epilepsy.
- •6. Post spinal meningitis.
- •7. Patient having any spinal deformity.
