简要总结
Results: High satisfaction with education was associated with less reproductive concerns. Furthermore, education and implementation of fertility-preserving interventions were associated with lower decision regret (R2 = .25). Female AYAs, those with shorter time since diagnosis and AYAs with higher mental strain reported more reproductive concerns. After guideline introduction, women were more frequently counselled, whereas for men the opposite was true. A four- rather than six-factorial model was proposed for the German version of the RCAC scale. Conclusions: The results indicate that education and implementation of fertility-preserving measures in Germany require improvement. Especially, high-quality fertility-related education is needed. Moreover, prevention should address fertility-related concerns early in vulnerable groups.
