- •1) Healthy adult male (20s and 30s)
- •2) subject who do not exercise for 30 minutes or more twice a week
排除标准
- •1) subject who do not have left-right asymmetry of the spine
- •2) subject with diseases that may cause problems with the motion of the sagittal plane of the spine
- •3) subject who have radiating pain below the buttocks
- •4) subject with neurological defects
- •5) subject with major spinal pathology
- •6) subject who experience pain when performing the tasks performed in this study
