入选标准
- •1. Male or female with age over 20 years.
- •2. Diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma with no definitive therapy using imaging or tissue biopsy
- •3. If woman, not in a pregnancy state and can have birth control until the trial finish for at least 3 months
- •4. no definitive therapy
- •5. willing to sign in the inform consent
排除标准
- •1. Those with performance status 3,4
- •2. Complete blood count: absolute neutrophil <1500 /cumm
- •complete white count <3000/cumm
- •Hb < 9 mg/dL
- •SGOT, SGPT > 5 folds of upper reference range
- •Bilirubin > 3 folds of upper reference range
- •Prolong PT, PTT
- •3. Those who have breast feeding, not willing to examine of pregnancy test
