ASPCB provided nonsuperior analgesia to STB up to 24 hours postoperatively. We suggest STB is a preferred postoperative analgesia technique for arthroscopic shoulder surgery due to shorter procedural time.

- •1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III 2. Ages between 20 and 85 years 3. Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 40 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1. Refused to participate in the study 2. History of chronic opioid use (daily use of opioid drugs for > 3 months or morphine use > 60 mg/day for > 1 month) 3. Preexisting neurologic deficits or neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus 4. Contraindications to regional anesthesia 5. Known allergy to any component in study drug regimen
