- 18 Years 至 45 Years（—）

- Female
入选标准
- •1. 18-45 years old Thai pregnant women
- •2. Gestational age 35 weeks or more
- •3. One or more Risk factors as below
- •GA < 37 weeks
- •Membrane rupture >= 18 hours
- •Intrapartum fever >= 38 o C
- •Teenage pregnancy
- •Previous vaginal delivery
- •Smoking during pregnancy
- •4. Giving consent
排除标准
- •1.Previous child invasive GBS disease
- •2. Expected delivery within 4 hours
- •3. Indicated cesarean section
- •4. Vaginal bleeding due to placenta previa or placental abruption
- •5. Antibiotic use within 2 weeks before collecting sample
- •6. use any suppositories and creams within one week before sampling
