- •1.Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •2.Patient with Opioid abuse, alcohol consumption, tobacco use
- •3.Patient with known allergy or contraindications to any of the drugs used.
- •4.Patient not taking coffee or tea
- •5.Patient BMI less than 18 or BMI more then 30
