- •Ejection fraction (EF) 35-55%

- •I. Patientâ??s refusal
- •ii. Known allergy to any of the drug
- •iii. NYHA Grade 4
- •iv. Presence of haemodynamically significant arrhythmia
- •v. Left main coronary artery involvement
- •vi. Presence of hepatic / renal disease
- •vii. Presence of neurological disease
