入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •> 18 years of age
- •Planned major abdominal surgery for gynaecological cancer with open midline surgical incision
- •Willing and able to consent and communicate properly
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I â?? III
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria:
- •Consent refused
- •Contraindications to regional technique e.g allergy to local anaesthesia, infection around site of block , coagulation disorder and sepsis
- •History of analgesic dependence (long term use) and opiate tolerance
- •Difficulty with communication
- •Pre-existing chronic abdominal pain
- •Use of any analgesic (opioid, acetaminophen, NSAIDS) within 24 hours of surgery
- •Diabetes or Renal insufficiency
- •Concurrent additional surgery at another anatomical site
- •Extensive existing midline abdominal scarring
