- •1. Arthroscopic shoulder surgery
- •2. Patients in ASA classes 1 to 3
- •3. Informed consent
- •4. Surgery with General anaesthetic
- •5. Meets guidelines regarding peri-operative coagulation
- •6. Age > 18 years
排除标准
- •1. Allergy to local anaesthetic
- •2. Pregnancy
- •3. Obesity (BMI > 35)
- •4. Pre-existing anatomical deformities (e.g. induced by fracture of the clavicle)
- •5. Neuropathy (primary: genetic; sekundary: inflammatory, auto-immune, metabolic, toxic)
- •6. Known disease of the diaphragm
- •7. Pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD)
