入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with AIS;
- •Skeletally mature as can be derived from menarche, growth velocity, pubertal or skeletal status.
- •Aged >=10 and <16 years of age.
排除标准
- •Spinal pathology other than idiopathic scoliosis
- •Immature bones
- •Previous spinal surgery
- •Patients with primary acute or chronic pulmonary disease (e.g. asthma or cystic fibrosis)
- •Patients who are likely to have muscle weakness, based on presence of neuromuscular disease or mental impairment.
- •All contra-indications for MR Imaging
- •Any type of physical incapacity or other pathologies that contraindicate cardio-pulmonary exercise test or pulmonary function test
