- •Diagnosed case of T2DM having IDA attending Medicine OPD and admitted in Medicine wards.
排除标准
- •(1)Severe anemia (Hb <7gm/dl)
- •(2)Non ambulatory patients
- •(3)Active gastrointestinal bleeding (on medical
- •(4)Anemia secondary to hemolysis (on medical
- •(5)Patients with allergy to iron supplements (on
- •(6)Already taking iron therapy and have no
- •recovery (on medical record)
- •(7)Pregnancy and Lactation.
- •(8)Patient with chronic renal failure/liver
- •(9)Malignancy
