- •American society of anesthesiologists(ASA) physical status I,II,III
- •-Patients who are 20 years of age or older and 70 years or younger who agree to participate in the study
- •-Patients undergoing surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •-Patient refusal
- •-Local infection of puncture site
- •-Coagulopathy
- •-Allergy to drugs for study
- •-History of spinal operation(lumbar region)
- •-Severe spinal deformity, severe spinal stenosis
- •-Psycosis, Uncooperative patients
- •-Morbid cardiovascular impairment or Ejection fraction<45%
