•)Periodontitis patient in the age group of 19-65yrs of both the gender,diagnosed based on A new classification scheme for periodontal and periâ??implant diseases and conditions â?? Introduction and key changes from the 1999 classification.6
•2) Full mouth plaque scores(PI <1.5)7and full mouthbleeding score (FMBS 15%)8at the time of enrolment.
•3) Etiological periodontal therapy completedat least 3 months prior to the screening.
•4) Presence of one natural tooth having avertical defect with residual probingDepth(PD) > 6 mm and radiographicintrabony component > 3mm and radiographic angle of defect >37 degree.
