入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria
- •Patients coming to JIPMER general surgery OPD and casualty during the study period fulfilling the following criteria
- •All patients with Chronic fissure in ano (symptoms >6 weeks, fissure with hypertrophied anal papilla and sentinel pile) above 18yrs age
排除标准
- •1.Patients with cardiovascular illness, heart failure, diabetes
- •2.Patient having secondary causes if fissure such as HIV/AIDS, inflammatory bowel disease, malignancy and dermatological conditions like psoriasis.
- •3.Patients taking Diltiazem or Nifedipine drug.
- •4.Patients on chronic use of analgesics such as for head-ache
- •5.Patient denying consent
