- •Pain symptoms without acute neurological deficits and without radicular components
- •- Duration of complaint > 12 weeks for conservative therapy
- •- Capable of working or retired temporarily / permanently due to reduced earning capacity or retired due to age
- •- Ability to give consent
排除标准
- •- Signs of inflammatory activity of bacterial or rheumatological origin
- •- Existence of acute neurological deficits, tumor disease
- •- Relevant secondary illnesses with regard to impairment of the ability to consent, exercise or exercise capacity
